Ruben Rodarte was awarded Orange Coast Magazine’s FIVE STAR AWARD in 2010 and 2011.  Orange Coast Magazine conducts an annual survey of all homebuyers in Orange County.  Based on the results of the survey and the review of a blue ribbon panel of real estate professionals, 3% of the real estate agents in Orange County receive the FIVE STAR designation.  The criteria are customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.
